PP woven bags inside PE bags are the best packaging solution for containing fine powder products, products that need to be moisture and waterproof. Because cage bags have the effect of absolutely separating the product inside the bag from the outside environment.

The structure of PE bag packaging includes: PP woven bag (glue coated/laminated as required) + Cage bag. The outer PP woven bag has the function of load-bearing and printing, and the inner bag has the effect of waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and anti-leakage of powdered products. PE cage bags are made from Poly Ethylene (PE) plastic beads through TTC Packing's blowing machine system to create transparent, bottom-welded tube-shaped bags with size and thickness consistent with the specifications of the outer PP woven bag.

The length of the bag will usually be 5-10cm longer than the length of the PP bag, to facilitate packing and sealing the mouth of the bag.

The complete product set will have a PE bag inserted into a woven PP bag or sew the bottom of the bag and PP bag together (according to the Customer's request). Products are carefully packaged and packaged before being delivered to customers.
